Cardiff City's troubled young striker Leon Jeanne faces another spell of rehabilitation for his alcohol and drug addiction.
The Wales under-21 star returned to first team action last month after undergoing treatment ordered by the Football Association of Wales after he tested positive for a Class A drug last year.
But Cardiff have now decided that Jeanne needs more help to cure his addiction.
Said Bluebirds boss Alan Cork: "Leon's gone to The Priory.
"He'll be in there for four to six weeks. Hopefully the professional help there will sort him out and we'll get him back playing again.
"The boys got a serious problem but he's a lovely lad and we've all tried really hard for him.
"I just hope he comes out cured and a new man."
Immediately after Jeanne failed a drug test in November, Cardiff owner Sam Hammam stressed the club would stand by their man.
This message was again stressed by Cork on Thursday despite Jeanne's latest setback.
"He's still got a contract here and hopefully he'll come back and will be fit for next season," he said.
